An absolute temperature record was set in Transcarpathia over the weekend

This was reported by the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Hydrometeorology.

The temperature as high as +15.5 degrees was recorded.

This temperature is abnormal for winter, but the locals are happy, because it is a chance to enjoy the last warm days.
