Among the “Patriots of Ukraine” there is only woman from Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)

In Vynogradiv, they honored the director of the Vynogradiv State College of Mukachevo State University Olena Babynets. She is the only representative of Transcarpathia and our city, who became the winner of the fourth International Project "Ukraine and Ukrainians – the pride of the country" and was awarded the diploma "For showing patriotism and impeccable service to Ukraine," the star "Patriot of Ukraine".

         – In Kyiv, in the receptions hall of the Cabinet of Minister, there was a gala event, which brought together political leaders, pastors, deputies, – Olena Babynets recalls. – The deputy of Ukraine Volodimyr Yavorivsky presented high state awards.

         Olena Babynets has about 40 years of working experience. She headed the former Vynogradiv polytechnic school in 1997. Since then, the new stage in the life of the institution, which became the subdivision of then Mukachevo Institute of Technology, began.

         Today, Vynogradiv technological college graduates work throughout the region and beyond, and 20 graduates defended their doctoral theses and work in the leading universities of Ukraine.
