These days – April 21 and 22 – Uzhgorod Open-2018 International Ballroom Dance Competition is taking place in Uzhgorod

This year, more than 1200 dance couples from Austria, USA, Canada, Belarus, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Denmark, Estonia, Israel, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Moldova, Germany, South Africa, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, Ukraine, Czech Republic, France, Croatia take part in the XVI International Tournament.

Recall that the organizers of the tournament in Uzhgorod are the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the Youth and Sports Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, the Uzhgorod City Council, the World Dance Sports Federation (WDSF), the Ukrainian Dance Sports Federation and the Sports Dance Club "Gracia "(Uzhgorod).

The main organizer of the competition is Oleksandrs Myshko, the head of the Transcarpathian regional branch of the Ukrainian Dance Sports Federation, the press service of Uzhgorod City Council informs.
