Almost 2.5 thousand Transcarpathians have been officially employed

Since the beginning of 2013, specialists of income and taxes authorities in Transcarpathian region have revealed 2490 employees, who were working without appropriate employment contracts as prescribed by the law. Now all of them are officially employed. In a few weeks, on December 24, it will be one year since the Ministry of income and taxes of Ukraine was established by the Order of the President. Over a year, they have reached a lot of goals set for the Ministry. One of the implemented goal is the Strategic Development Plan up to 2018 – the "roadmap" of the Ministry that clearly defines all directions, goals and prospects, as well as methods to achieve and implement them. The legalization of employment and protection of public interests in the observance of labor legislation by employers is one of the priorities of local income and tax authorities – the experts of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region said.

During the eleven months, the Ministry of income experts have conducted activities in collaboration with the executive branch, in particular, individual work and talks with business managers and private employers on compliance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and the Tax Code of Ukraine. As a result, citizens have opportunity to work legally and with all the guarantees, and the budget has received 448,000 UAH as the tax on personal income.
