“All-Ukrainian School of Customs Law” invites Transcarpathians to the seminar

The event will be held at the Law Faculty of Uzhgorod National University on June 21, 2019

The seminar will start at 14.00

Purpose of the event: to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of customs law.

Target audience: business representatives, customs officials, students

Agenda:

13.30-14.00 – registration of participants.

14.00 – introductory speech of the founders of the All-Ukrainian School on Customs Law:

– Dean of the Faculty of Law of UzhNU, Ph.D., prof. Lazur Yaroslav;

– Deputy Head of Transcarpathian Customs Yasevich Mykola;

– Chairman of the Regional Association of Employers’ Organizations "Zakarpattya" Panov Volodymyr.

14.30 – lecture on "The concept of the customs service reform". Lecturer – Dorofeeva Lilia, the head of Legal Department of the Transcarpathian Customs, Ph.D.

15.00 – lecture on "The essence, functions and mechanism of determining the customs value of goods. Topical issues of control and adjustment of customs value of goods. Modern concept of the control of the proper goods’ customs value." Lecturer – Martynych Magdalena, Senior State Inspector of the Department of Customs Valuation of the Customs Payment Administration and Customs and Tariff Regulation Office of the Transcarpathian Customs.

15.30 – lecture on "Risk management system in the field of customs control". Lecturer – Ivanus Viktor, the head of the department of control over the movement of goods of the Transcarpathian customs.

15.30.-16.00.- discussion. Identification of problem issues for discussion at the next seminar.
