All students of Transcarpathia will simultaneously pray for peace in Ukraine

150,000 children from the region will take part in the international project "Letter of Peace".
The initiator of the international children’s campaign is an Israeli schoolgirl, who was born in Ukraine, and her friends sent to Transcarpathia symbols of peace – olive leaves from the Holy Land. Students of the village Novoselytsia pasted these leaves to cards with the image of a dove of peace and gave them the head of the region Hennadiy Moskal asking him to send them to all schools in Transcarpathia.

        "In early April, all children of Vynogradiv district simultaneously joined hands and together and appealed to the Lord with the words: "Every child needs happiness, give us, O God, peace in Ukraine!"Please help us pass these cards with olive leaves from the Holy Land to 700 schools of Transcarpathia so that all 150,000 students of our region could join this children international campaign and simultaneously ask God for peace in Ukraine…" – the letter of representatives of the international children’s project "Letter of Peace" reads.

  The delivery of cards with olive leaves to Transcarpathian schools and the organization of a common prayer of regional students for peace in the country is now underway.
