The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine informed that they are expecting direct air service between Kyiv and Uzhgorod to resume in the near future, – the Hromadske.ua reported.
"We are expecting air service between the Uzhgorod airport and Kyiv to resume in the near future. The issue of the construction of an airport between Dnipro and Zaporizhzhya is also being resolved", – the Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan said.
According to him, it’s very important for Ukraine to have domestic airlines, as they will make planes a regular form of transport for Ukrainians.
Recall that on December 17, 2018, Uzhgorod airport obtained European certification and the right to receive airplanes.
