Those, who were celebrating the New Year in the center of Uzhgorod, started the celebration by drinking alcohol. Or rather, finished with it. The trouble is that some of them threw bottles not in bins, but in the shallow Uzh river, clogging it.
So now, not only residents of our city are forced to see this picture, but also tourists which, it should be noted, are quite numerous at this time here.
