He suggested to expel "some migrant offendres" from the region, then there will be the order on our land." Kutskir said: "I am talking about smugglers and those who "cover" the cigarette business."
Also the former military added: "I hope that with the appointment of a new prosecutor everything will change. And please: do not appoint people who have a negative background. Then the public will be calm and everyone will be doing their job.
We demand:
change yourselves, start working, you wear uniforms, you are officers! And it turns out that those who work in the prosecution and other law-enforcement agencies are the richest people, and others are poor. People will not tolerate that anymore."
