Considering the draft decision "On the outdoor advertising", the executive committee refused to prolong permits for a long term – to 2019 as they asked.
According to the chairman Victor Shchadey, the city government decided to prolong advertising permits only until October, so that to bring it in order in autumn.
Thus, this decision was adopted, making an exception only for the "Nova Liniya" because it was about advertising on their own building.
