Due to the harsh weather conditions – the temperature decreases, sleet, snow, blizzards and strong winds – and to prevent hypothermia, as of January 9, there are 36 stationary and mobile heating points for population in Transcarpathian region, the site of the regional office of the State Emergencies Service informed.
Any citizen, who finds himself in a difficult life situation, can ask for help. Here, you can drink hot tea, keep yourselves warm and, if necessary, receive medical assistance.
