Actions of State Executive Service on Uzhgorod City Council are legitimate – court’s decision

The debtor of one of the executive productions – Uzhgorod City Council, accused State Executive Service (SES) of misconduct and appealed to the Court to cancel the order of property seizure.
 
 Transcarpathian Regional Commercial Court found SES actions and property arrest lawful.
 
 Uzhgorod City Council filed an appeal complaint against the decision of Transcarpathian Regional Economic Court.
 
 On July 30, Lviv Economic Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Transcarpathian Regional Economic Court and refused Uzhgorod City Council the appeal.
 
 Thus, the court ultimately determined that the actions of Transcarpathian state officials towards Uzhgorod City Council are eligible, thus it put an end to the conflict.
