About gas delivery and more: meetings with consumers have been introduced in Transcarpathia

An open meeting with customers was held at the Customer Service Center of the "Zakarpatgaz" JSC. Visitors were able to talk directly with the Company’s Commercial Director Yulia Sokolova.
The main topic was payment for gas delivery. It is calculated individually for each client. The amount of the fee depends on how many cubic meters of gas a particular customer consumed during the previous "gas year". This is the time span from October 1 to September 30. The sum of cubic meters of gas consumed per year is divided by 12 months. The result is multiplied by the delivery rate. For Transcarpathia, it is 1.25 UAH with VAT for the first half of 2020.
Consumers must pay for gas delivery by the 20th day of the month in which the service is provided. That is, delivery in February must be paid for by February 20.
This payment option is very comfortable, one of the visitors of the event, Mykola Karbovanets from Uzhgorod agreed: “In addition to professional explanation, I received answers to all questions that interested me. And I got them from specialists, not from rumors."
Such meetings occur periodically and will continue in the future. They are useful for both those who have already visited them and those who have come for the first time.
