A young bear cub was brought to the Rehabilitation Center for Bears on the territory of the Synevyr Natural Reserve. The bear was brought from Nadvirna district of Ivano-Frankivsk region.
He is being kept in a cage, because adult bears can hurt him.
The story of the baby bear is tragic: after his mother had been shot down by poachers (she took the baby away to the deep forests, where she died from blood loss), the baby bear climbed on a tree and had been crying there until he and his dead mother was found by foresters.
