A vegetarian master class will be held in Uzhgorod

The feature of the master class will be the fact that they will be cooking dishes and desserts that are not subjected to heat treatment, so they retain most of the useful elements, save time and, very importantly, have a cooling effect in the heat.

"At this master class I want to share the recipe of okroshka that I cook only with vegetarian products. I’ll tell you how to replace traditional animal ingredients to get the familiar flavor", – one of the participants of the master class Tetyana Zhovkivska said.
