According to her, the woman forged a state deed for the right of private land ownership. Then she submitted it to the notary for registration of the contract of sale. According to the expert, the value of the land is over 1,300,000 hryvnias.
The woman will be tried for forging an official document and using it, as well as for fraud committed on a particularly large scale. In addition, prosecutors are working to return this land plot to the Solotvyno community.
