A Transcarpathian was sentenced to nearly 7,000 hryvnias fine for selling alcohol to a minor

Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal acknowledged the legitimacy of the financial sanction imposed by tax inspection of one of the districts in the region on an entrepreneur. For selling a minor one 0.5 liter bottle of brandy the offender will pay 6,800 UAH fine.
The Court of Appeal thoroughly examined all the circumstances of the case: checked the identity of minor, and the fact of selling the alcohol.
Remember that the seller upon the sale of alcohol or cigarettes shall demand from any person to present the document certifying his or her age – informs the State Tax Service in Transcarpathian region.
