The winner of the tenth jubilee Warsaw Halfmarathon was a Kenian Limo Kiprop, who finished the distance of 21 kilometers and 98 meters in one hour and 52 seconds.
A graduate of the second Mukachevo school and Kharkiv National University, candidate for master of sports in orienteering Dmytro Terpay took 90th place among nearly 13 thousand participants from 43 countries. Currently, a 30-year-old resident of Mukachevo, who works as the director at the Fancy Toys Poland, represents at the competition in Poland the UNTS club from Warsaw.
Among women, Amane Beriso of Ethiopia won with a score of 1:10.54. The best of Ukrainians – Svitlana Stanko from Rivne and Victoria Khapilina from Melitopol – took the fifth and the seventh places respectively.
