A Transcarpathian minibus got into a traffic accident: two children and a woman died, another 8 people were injured (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

The fatal road accident happened today in Kolomyia on the bypass road.

A passenger car Renault Megan with Polish registration and a Mercedes Sprinter from Transcarpathia were invloved in the accident.

The Renault was moving in the direction of Chernivtsi, and the bus was moving in the direction of Ivano-Frankivsk.

In the passenger car, there were two adults – a man and a woman and two young children – a girl of about one year old and a boy of 3-4 years old.
 In the Sprinter, there were 6 passengers and the driver.

The Renault drove onto the oncoming lane, where the head-on collision occurred.

As a result, the children died on the spot, and the woman died on the way to the hospital. The victims were taken to the Kolomyia Central District Hospital.

The driver of the passenger car is in the ICU, in a critical condition. The drivers and passengers of the Sprinter were taken to a hospital with various injuries.
