A Transcarpathian involved his young son in illegal activities

In order to make money, a 46-year-old resident of the village of Domboky suggested that his young son commit a crime with him. The man will now be legally punished for involving a child in illegal activities and stealing property from a warehouse, the Communications department of the Transcarpathian regional police. 
Late last month, police caught two residents of the village of Domboky for illegal activities. Investigators found out that the 46-year-old thief planned to steal property from a warehouse in the village of Znyatsevo. The adult man involved his young son in illegal activities and went to rob the building with him. The amount of damage caused by them amounted to almost 3,000 hryvnias. 
For what he did, the 46-year-old man faces criminal liability under two articles. These are Articles 185 and 304 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, ie theft with breaking and entering and involvement of a minor in criminal activity. 
A pre-trial investigation is currently underway, during which all the circumstances of the crime will be established.
