A Transcarpathian has become the Honored Artist of Ukraine

Leading actor of Transcarpathian Music and Drama Theater Anatoliy Matsak was awarded the title "Honored Artist of Ukraine".
By the Decree of the President of Ukraine, Anatoliy Matsak, a leading actor of the Transcarpathian Academic Regional Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater was granted the honorable title.
Anatoliy Matsak was born in the picturesque Poltava region. He graduated from the Kyiv Republican Studio of Circus and Pop Art, majoring in vocal genre. He has worked in Zaporizhzhya, Chernihiv and Stavropol Philharmonics. Since 1975, he has worked on the stage of the Transcarpathian Music and Drama Theater. Source.
Over 45 years, he has played over fifty leading roles. His wife Rosalia has also worked in the Transcarpathia’s largest theater as an actress and choreographer. His roles are characterized by psychological depth and persuasiveness. In 2017, the actor received the Sherehiy Brothers Regional Theater Award.
