Yesterday morning, at the crossing point "Uzhgorod", border guards found a vehicle that was listed as stolen.
Thus, a car "Mitsubishi Grandis" with Ukrainian registration driven by our compatriot arrived at the checkpoint "Uzhgorod" to leave Ukraine. During the inspection of documents, the alert from the "Interpol" database was received. Border guards reported that fact to representatives of the Ukrainian Interpol Bureau and the National Police. Law enforcers confirmed that the "Mitsubishi Grandis" was listed as stolen on the territory of Ukraine in May 2015.
Upon completion of the necessary procedures, the vehicle and the documents were handed over to the officers of the National Police.
