On July 22, 2016, at 10.40, on Poshtova Square, the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Transcarpathian region in cooperation with the Regional center of free secondary legal assistance in Transcarpathian region will hold a flash mob to inform the public about the implementation of the pilot project of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine regarding the acceptance and issuing of documents for state registration of community groups by local centers of free secondary legal assistance.
Also, on July 22, at 11.00, in the premises of Uzhgorod city council, there will be a training seminar for representatives of community groups and the media.
At the seminar, in particular, the following topics will be addressed:
1. The introduction of pilot project for the state registration of community groups by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, according to which the acceptance and issuance of documents for the state registration of local community groups will be carried out by centers of free secondary legal assistance as front offices.
2. New approaches to the implementation of right to freedom of association into NGOs and civil society organizations. The formation of public associations. Registration and notification of the formation of public associations. Notification of changes in governing bodies, the statute, the location of the public association, termination of the public association.
3. Use of electronic services of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
