A resident of Vynogradiv was keeping whiskey, champagne and vodka for illegal sale (PHOTOS)

Officers of the Operation and Investigation Department of the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region carried out an authorized search of a private house in the city of Vynogradiv and found nearly 2,700 liters of alcohol beverages. The estimated cost of these goods is 320,000 UAH.

The search was conducted under the decision of Uzhgorod City District Court on January 20 in the course of the implementation of measures to counter illicit trafficking of excisable goods and of investigative actions in the investigation of the criminal proceeding registered in the Unified segister of pre-trial investigations as a crime under Part 1 of Article 204 of the Criminal Code Ukraine.

Currently, priority investigation activities are being conducted, the offense will be registered in the URPI under Part 1 of Article 204 and Part 1 of Article 199 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
