As it turned out, the victim was returning from one of Mynai bars, and on the street he was beaten. The police arrested a 26-year resident of Mynai on suspicion of committing the crime. According to the detainee, the victim, walking down the street, loudly shouted, did not respond to the requests to calm down, so he struck him with fist in the face …
Obviously the drunk man fell to the ground and banged against something hard, which caused the fracture of the skull. The police launched a preliminary investigation over this fact on the grounds of an offense under Article 121, Part 1 of the Criminal Code (serious bodily injury) – reports the Office of MIA of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
