A resident of Rakhiv district stole an expensive motorcycle from a fellow villager

A minor resident of the village of Luh in Rakhiv district appealed to a detective of the Criminal Investigation sector of Rakhiv police department. 

The young man said that at night, an unknown person, through free access, had stolen from his yard an unregistered motorcycle "Suzuki" with an engine capacity of 150 cc.

Law enforcement officers began searching for the expensive two-wheeler.In the course of search operations, it was found out that this theft had been committed by the victim’s 23-year-old fellow villager. The thief confessed to the crime, the stolen motorcycle was seized from him and delivered to Rakhiv District Police impound lot.

This incident was registered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations, the investigation will clarify the circumstances of the case. In particular, they are checking the involvement of the said youngster in similar crimes.
