Law enforcers conducted a search at a 43-year-old resident of Mukachevo.
During the search of a private plot on Kuruc street, which was held yesterday, August 21, 25 marijuana bushes were seized. The plot was guarded by dogs.
The height of the bushes is impressive: 2.5 meters. Law enforcement officers seized the bushes and sent them for examination.
A criminal proceeding was opened under Part 1 of Article 310 of the Code of Civil Procedure, that is, illegal sowing of poppy or hemp.
The choice of pretrial restraint is being decided.
