Yesterday, on December 7, in the village of Klyachanovo, Mukachevo district, officers of the patrol police response team noticed a foreign registered car "Volkswagen Jetta" with damaged right side and opened hood.
The policemen stopped to help the driver. The car was driven by a resident of Mukachevo with signs of alcohol intoxication. The woman confessed to having drunk alcohol, but refused from medical examination. In the presence of witnesses, an appropriate report of administrative violation was drawn up against her.
The violator was caught driving a car in the state of alcohol intoxication for the second time this year and was deprived of the right to drive vehicles.
The report of administrative violation for driving under alcohol intoxication (Art.130 of the CAO) will be sent to the court for an appropriate decision to be made.
