A new head of the city maternity hospital has been elected in Uzhgorod

On Monday, June 24, the competition for the post of the director of the municipal non-profit enterprise Uzhgorod City Maternity Hospital of Uzhgorod City Council took place in Uzhgorod. Three candidates took part in the competition: Ruslan Fedko, Victoria Pantyo and Yuriy Lomaha.

The meeting of the competition committee began with a discussion about one of the candidates missing a complete set of documents required by the law for participation in such competitions. In particular, they mentioned incorrectly submitted income declarations, as well as the lack of necessary medical certificates for one of the candidates.

  

Due to the public outcry caused by the information about the holding of the contest, the meeting of the commission was also attended by MP Robert Horvat. He also drew the attention of the members of the commission and, in particular, the deputy mayor Oleksandr Bilak, to the obligation to comply with the law when making a decision.

According to the results of the competition, Victoria Pantyo was elected as the director of the municipal non-profit enterprise Uzhgorod City Maternity Hospital of Uzhgorod City Council. 4 members of the commission voted for her.

Victoria Pantyo has always been supported by the staff, and today she was supported by the competition committee, that voted to appoint her to the position of the director of the municipal non-profit enterprise "Uzhgorod City Maternity Hospital". Today has clearly demonstrated that the Uzghorod community is capable of effectively defend the interests of the city and can prevent dishonest officials from adopting corrupt decisions. This is a real victory of common sense and, most importantly, of the Law!" – Robert Horvat said after the competition.
