Members of Regional Council took note of the decision of the Transcarpathian Regional Election Commission dd. December 10, "On recognition of a deputy as elected to the Transcarpathian Regional Council." According to this decision Ildiku Oros was recognized as an elected deputy of the Regional Council in the multi-member constituency in the electoral list of the Transcarpathian regional organization "KMKS – Party of Hungarians of Ukraine". She replaced Vasyl Brenzovych, who was elected the people’s deputy of Ukraine.
Ildiko Oros was born in March 19, 1960. She graduated from Uzhgorod State University majoring in "Mathematics", and postgraduate department of Debrecen L.Koshuta Pedagogical University (Hungary). Ph.D., Doctor of Philosophy.
Since 1996, she has been working in the Transcarpathian Hungarian Institute named after F.Rakotsi II, first as the rector, and later – as the president of the institute.
Member of the Association of Hungarian culture in Transcarpathia, the head of Transcarpathian Hungarian Pedagogical Society. She has beeb elected as a deputy of the regional council of the first, the second and the fourth convocations.
