More than a dozen creative teams in Uzhgorod today took part in the traditional Nativity play "Christ was born!”.
Folk and exemplary groups, representatives of city schools started from Uzhgorod Children’s Music School №1 and walked, singing carols, to the stage on Teatralna Square.
The folklore and ethnographic ensemble "Uzhgorod", the folk music group "Hudatska taistra", the folk chamber choir of the Uzhgorod intelligentsia "Credo", the exemplary vocal ensemble "Perlynka", students of the schools No. 6, 7, educational complex "Harmonia", children and youth from the Horyany Rotunda Temple, folk choir of teachers of the Children’s School of Arts Astra, folk vocal ensemble "Pysanka", Tetyana Poletaeva and Theater Studio of the Youth Movement "Mission 3:16" were singing carols and presenting small performances about the birth of Christ.
