This was discussed at the meeting of local authorities with representatives of the "Aqua Nova" company that intends to invest in the construction of a mini-hydro power plant on the territory of Vynogradiv district within the Borzhava river.
According to the potential investors, the capacity of such power plant will not exceed 500 kW and will create about 30 new jobs.
The local authorities recommended the potential investors to conduct the necessary survey of the Borzhava river together with specialists of the water resources management to determine the availability of all the conditions necessary for the construction of a "green" power plant.
