A memorial plaque to People’s Artist of Ukraine Yaroslav Helyas (1916 – 1992) on the occasion of his 100th anniversary, will be installed on the facade of the Transcarpathian Academic Puppet Theatre at Teatralna Sq., 8.
This decision was adopted today at the meeting of the executive committee. Currently, it is necessary to develop and approve the project documentation.
