Law enforcement officers found the person that had stolen a mobile phone and a wallet from a man who had fallen asleep at a table in a cafe near the train station in Uzhgorod.
A 40-year-old resident of Uzhgorod district, taking advantage of the vulnerability of a 37-year-old cafe visitor, quietly pulled out his pants pocket a cell phone and a wallet which contained 130 UAH and 2 USD.
The detained woman has repeatedly been convicted of robbery and theft.
The investigation over this fact is being carried out under Article 185 of the Criminal Code "Theft."
