Galina Oleksandrivna Gabda has passed away today. This was reported in social networks by her son – Vladislav. This woman was a legend not only because she was the wife of the People’s Artist Vasyl Gabda and the mother of the Honored Artist Vladislav Gabda. And not only because she remembered many stories about painters, whose names are inscribed in the history of world art, and whom she knew personally. For many years, Galina Oleksandrivna was working at Uzhgorod school No. 4 and her grateful students, who have long become grandparents, remember her with great love.
