A large group of illegal immigrants was detained by trackers-foresters and the police

Yesterday, in a forest near the village of Abranka in Volovets district, workers of the SE "Volovets forestry" and the police detained 10 illegal migrants: citizens of China, Vietnam and Bangladesh.

According to the director of the SE "Volovets forestry" Vasyl Rosol, the head of Volovets district police department Roman Ivankovich asked him if foresters-trackers could help the police find illegal immigrants. As a result, the operation for their detention was carried out.
The senior master Leonid Klymnyuk, masters of the forest Mykola Dalekorey and Oleksandr Kolodiy and logging master Vasyl Rusyn took part in the search and apprehension.

Currently, an investigative team of the officers of the Security Service of Ukraine and the State Border Guard Service has arrived to the village. According to law enforcement officials, the Chinese currently live in Odesa, as evidenced by the certificate of temporary residence in Ukraine. The rest of the illegal immigrants had no documents on them.

Also in the forest nearby, the foresters together with the police found and detained a suspicious young man. It was a 24-year-old resident of Velyky Berezny. He was probably the guide of the illegal migrants.

All the detainees were taken to Volovets police department to clarify the circumstances of the case.
