A kiosk may appear near the Philharmonic, a house – near the stadium

A kiosk may appear near the Philharmonic. Such decision was adopted by the majority of Uzhgorod City Council members today, October 24.
The decision states: "To give individual entrepreneur Bulanov Leonid Mikhailovich (…) the permission to draft technical documents on land management on delineation of the land covered by the right of easement, for the land plot in area of ​​0.0016 at Fentsyk Sq., w/o number for the installation and maintenance of a temporary structure."

City Council Member Victor Shchadey proposed to reject this provision, but the majority of the city council did not support him.
Other important issue was the construction of the house near the stadium "Avtomobilist" at Volodymyrska street, 59. This is stated in the draft decision in the paragraph 1.12. The document 
proposes "To grant Bykova Nina Oleksandrivna (…) the land in area of ​​0.0625 hectares for the construction and maintenance of a residential house and commercial buildings at Volodymyrska 
street, 59."
So, we can expect to see a new construction site near the stadium soon.
