A kiosk is already growing on this foundation on Svoboda Avenue, near the "Bilochka".

The Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey reacted to this fact in his facebook.

"Pogorelov’s people won’t stop – they put up their kiosk at night near the "Bilochka". While Pogorelov was the mayor, they received all permits and approvals. Now architectural and legal departments are studying the situation, I have talked with the construction inspectorate – they must get going finally. We are studying the legal grounds for appeal to the police. If activists have any ideas, contribute. One thing I will say for sure: we will not allow chaotic installation of kiosks in the city, and we will deal with it" – Shchadey said.
