April 21-22, in Beregovo in a recreation area near the lake will be held the III International Festival of fishermen and Hungarian fish soup. It is already considered one of the best culinary fests, held in the region, writes http://zaholovok.com.ua.
Competition in cooking of the Hungarian fish soup ("halászlé") will be held on April 21st. The organizers invite everybody who wish to participate to come at 8.00 a.m. The fish soup can be cooked by a team, as well as by a family or individual members.
On April 22, at 10:00 a.m. (gathering of participants is at 9.00 a.m.) there will be a festival of Beregovo traditional cuisine. The winners of international competitions will cook bograch-goulash, cabbage rolls, pork dishes and other culinary delights.
Fishermen will compete in two forms:
Amateurs – April 21, at 8.00 a.m. (gathering of participants at 7.00 a.m.) – fishing of herbivorous fish;
Professionals – April 22, at 8:00 a.m. (gathering of participants at 7.00 a.m.) – fishing predatory fish.
Organizers promise a cultural program, contests, competitions, and other amusements for guests.
