Around 10:00, the crew of patrol police was called to Mynaiska street. It was found out that a driver moving with a high speed had hit a 78-year-old woman who was crossing the road.
This was reported by the patrol police.
According to witnesses, the driver was moving down Mynaiska street toward Shvabska street on the right lane and hit the woman when she was already on the pedestrian crossing.
An ambulance doctor said that, as a result of the collision, the woman suffered polytrauma and open head injury not compatible with life.
Patrol police, the investigative team and forensic expert are working at the scene.
