Firefighters from Kisvarda and Zahony are extinguishing the fire with four fire trucks, and also provide protection to surrounding residential buildings. The Hungarian Disaster Relief Service has also arrived at the scene. This was reported by the Office for Disaster Relief in Szabolcs-Szatmar-Bereg Region.
Meanwhile, the Rescue Service of Transcarpathia reported that they have eliminated 36 dry vegetation and waste fires on the territory of the region.
