A unit of Mukachevo Interdistrict Department of the State Security Service was at the place of dislocation in the center of Mukachevo, Transcarpathian region, where there are a lot of jewelry stores and bank offices.
Passing by the police vehicle, a young man who was in a state of extreme intoxication, suddenly loudly and pretentiously asked the policemen, "why is it they were not patrolling the city?". He started to insult the police with obscenities so loudly that passersby began to look at him with fear. The policemen asked the young man to stop shouting and twice warned him about the possible administrative liability for appearing in a public place while being intoxicated. But the guy would not stop.
He was invited to come to the police station in the police car. Threatening to fire the police officers, he got in the car. At the police station, 32-year-old Andriy was informed of his administrative rights and taken to the clinic for a test on alcohol content in the blood. The examination confirmed that he was intoxicated.
Andriy is unemployed. Having had too much beer on a sunny day, he did not even noticed that he had violated public order. The protocol was drawn up against him.
