A drug dealer decided to do business at one of the car washes in Svalyava (PHOTOS)

The 25-year-old man was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention center. 
On May 23, thanks to successful operations, the police managed to detain a 25-year-old methamphetamine dealer. 
The man did not even suspect that he was watched by law enforcement officers, so without too much concern he agreed with the client on the sale of methamphetamine in Svalyava. To receive money for illegal goods, he arrived at the pre-arranged meeting place. 
It was at one of Svalyava car washes that the exchange was to take place, however law enforcement officers were already waiting for the suspect there and detained the man immediately after he received money for the drugs. 
The case is under pre-trial investigation under Part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The 25-year-old man was detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention center. He will soon be notified of being suspected of committing the said crime and a pre-trial restraint will be imposed on him, – the communication department of the Transcarpathian regional police informs.
