The company, delivering gasoline from the Crimea to Uzhgorod, forgot to indicate Transcarpathian region in the route of the truck.
For the attention of managers of companies and organizations engaged in transportation of dangerous goods. Check the compliance of the documents for transportation of dangerous goods with the Law of Ukraine "On the transportation of dangerous goods." Follow the current legislation – Traffic Police Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region urged.
On December 14, at the stationary traffic police post in the village of Nyzhni Vorota, inspectors of the patrol service stopped a truck "Renault Premium" driven by a resident of Odessa, transpoting nearly 30 tons of gasoline from the Crimea to Uzhgorod. During the document check, it was found out that Transcarpathian region was not indicated in the route of dangerous goods transportation.
For this offense, an administrative report was drawn up against the driver under Art. 132-1 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (violation of rules for the road transportation of dangerous goods, rules of oversize and heavy vehicles traffic on roads, streets or railroad crossings), and the vehicle was detained on the impound lot until the approriate decision is made.
