Yesterday, the director of the health-improving complex "Karpaty", located near the village of Dubrynychi in Perechyn district filed a statement with the police. He said that a 17-year-old pupil of the Chaslivtsi boarding school had disappeared from the establishment.
His description: 160-165 cm tall, slim build, short light brown hair, brown eyes. He was wearing: blue jeans, gray jacket with a hood, which had an inscription in English white letters, black sneakers. The boy was diagnosed with mental retardation.
