A centenarian in Transcarpathia!

Ilona Hovoshi from the village of V. Koropets has celebrated the centennial anniversary.
The whole large family gathered at the centenarian’s birthday party.
The woman’s life was not easy. She survived her four sons, lived through all the tumultuous events of the XX century.
Relatives believe that it is the "iron character" that is the key to her long life. Also the secret of longevity is believed to be in the woman’s hard-working nature. According to her daughter-in-law, Mrs Ilona kept working in the garden until she was 95 years old.
The villagers and local government representatives also came to congratulate the woman.
