A car stolen in Ukraine was detained on the border

The car, which was in the Interopol wanted database, was found last night by border guards of the Chop detachment at the checkpoint "Uzhgorod".

Thus, a car "Mazda" made in 2007 driven by our compatriot arrived at the checkpoint for border control. However, during the document check, the "Interpol" database send an alert.

As it turned out, the vehicle was stolen in July this year in Kharkiv region.

  Currently, the car and the citizens of Ukraine were handed over to officers of the National Police. Border guards informed the duty officer of the Ukrainian Interpol Bureau in the city of Kyiv.
