On February 1, at 09:29, the rescue service received a report of a fire in a wooden building of a building materials store on Hrushevsky street in the village of Yasinya, Rakhiv district.
The firefighters of the 3rd state fire and rescue unit of the city of Rakhiv and the state fire and rescue post of the village of Yasinya were sent for its elimination. In total, four units of equipment and 10 personnel members were employed.
At 10:45, the fire was contained, but its liquidation lasted until 13:14. Due to late report and significant fire load (paint and varnish products and building materials), the fire caused considerable damage to the owners. The fire completely destroyed the ceiling and cover on the area of 320 m2, as well as the property inside the store.
The cause of the fire and the pecuniary damage is being established by law enforcement agencies.
No one was killed or injured in the fire.
