"According to the neighbors, the fire broke out in a room where a 70-year-old man lived alone. He had health problems and could not move on his own. At 20:58, rescuers managed to contain the fire in the room of the apartment, and at 21:10 it was competely put out", – the spokeswoman said.

The fire destroyed the bed and household belongings. Rescuers found the man’s body at the scene of the fire. The cause of fire and the damage are being established.
