Officers of the Svalyava Police Department solved a theft from a church. Law enforcers suspect a young man, previously convicted resident of the village of Nelipyno in Svalyava district.
The head of the church reported the theft to the Svalyava Police Department. The priest said that in the middle of the night unknown persons had broken the lock on the utility room and took a lawn mower and other tools for construction and repair.
Criminal police officers found out that the theft had been committed by a 17-year-old boy, who has repeatedly been convicted for property crimes. The boy told me where the stolen things were.
Investigator of the Svalyava Police Department opened the criminal proceeding over the theft and breaking and entering under Part 3 of Art.185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
